    OPIA Glutaraldehyde 5 Lt Surgical Instrument Disinfectant

    Glutaraldehyde (2%) solution, stabilizing agents, corrosion inhibitors and demineralized water, non-ionic cleaner. Ready to use. Do not dilute. Disinfect by shaking Glutaraldehyde 2% disinfectant. Devices that have been pre-cleaned with enzymatic detergent (GBL-6160) are immersed in the container, and all surfaces and holes are filled with solution so that they come into contact with the solution. The devices can be reused in sterile or distilled water Glutaraldehyde 2% for up to 14-30 days. It is recommended to replace it later.     OPIA Savlon 5 Lt Antiseptic Solution

    Savllon Disinfectant has cleaning and disinfectant properties as a general purpose disinfectant. Use for minor cuts, scrapes, insect bites and stings; Dilute 5 ml of disinfectant in 100 ml of water.

    For the general disinfection of surfaces, bathrooms and floors; Dilute 60-90 ml of disinfectant in 1.0 – 1.5 liters of water.

Steril paketleme alanı CLASS 100.000 olup (hepa filtre) kontrollü giriş çıkışlarla üretim alanları bölümlere ayrılmıştır. Yeni teknolojik makineler ile el değmeden üretilen cerrahi bohçalar, kullanıcı taleplerine göre paketlenip steril edilmektedir. 

Geniş bir ürün çeşidine göre ayarlanmış üretim bantları kurulmuştur. Sterilizasyon işlemi kendi bünyesinde bulunan 16 m3’lük kazanı ile yapılmakta olup 

tüm kontrol testleri kendi laboratuarında günlük olarak tetkik edilmektedir. Ayrıca uluslararası laboratuarlarda doğrulamaları gerçekleştirilmektedir.
